About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

I had scratched my eye and wasn’t sure whether I needed to get it seen to. Checked online and decided to go to A& E in Falkirk. I was dealt with straight away, didn’t even sit down in the waiting area and was taken straight through. Everyone was kind, efficient and sympathetic. My experience was fantastic and I came away glad I had been.

many thanks for your comments, staff love to hear about positive experiences. Scratches to eyes are incredibly painful I do hope your eye is now better.
