i have been a patient of this establishment for over 40 yrs and never had cause to complain about tthe service they provide but lately i have suffered some health problems so i have needed their services lately as a result of an extensive stay my local hospital,the hospital and the aftercare team looking after my wounds have been brilliant and i have nothing but respect for what they do the only downside my local gp surgery who are pathetic not just on one occasion but on several occasions you request a phone consultation or an appointment to see your gp and its nearly 3 weeks before any available appointments are vacant the phone contact is non existent the latest incidentstarted on the 12th of august to request a fit note extension of a previous note i phoned back on the 19th of august to check it was issued and guess what no it hadnt making it the third occasion this has happened in as many months ,to say i am a happy camper is an understatement
