About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

From the outpatient clinic right through to my hospital admission, the standard of service and care was exceptional - it was almost like every member of staff had been hand-picked because of their courtesy and caring nature.

I have been treated through private health care in the past but I have to say the care I received in the New Victoria from both doctors, nurses and ancillary staff surpassed the private sector - wish more hospitals were like this!
