"The service at the Audiology Dept. at James..."

I have just received back from this Dept. .a hearing aid that was supplied by them back in May 2014. This was posted to them early on Monday and was received back here working OK once again on Friday in the same week as I live way out of their area .I was recommended for my original consultation by a friend who had nothing but praise for the care and attention they had received with their own hearing problem. I can echo that and say that in my opinion this place can only come highly recommended ! Without doubt it was well worth the effort to travel the extra miles to receive such professional good 'old fashioned' service.
