"very poor service"

About: Southend Hospital / Accident and emergency

Failed in their duty of care... in immense pain still and waiting to be seen by the person A&E told me I need to see sooner rather than later. A very poor complaints procedure that totally ignores all the points raised, and only answer the things they can try and manipulate into a positive!!
