"Unhelpful Reception Team !"

Reception staff very unhelpful and unprofessional providing a poor service to patients ! Definitely need more staff in house training as one receptionist tells you one thing and another tells you something else with message handling not being dealt with correctly , numerous times I have called this surgery and incorrect information has been passed on and dealt with insufficiently .Overall not a friendly practice and a smile wouldn’t go a miss !!
