"Lack of Communication"

I have returned from an appointment with a G.P. Please try and understand when you see a Doctor that it can be stressful regardless of the condition of the patient. On a number of occasions this year I have had to wait a considerable time, on one occasion nearly 1 hour. There is no indication that the G.P is running late, via the electronic communication, or by the receptionists. If this occurs it can make the patient very impatient.

I am aware that the patient can ask at reception if there is a delay of more than 20 minutes. This is not good enough and needs to be improved.
