"Endoscopy visit"

About: Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Visited department 7 August 2019, cleanliness of wards/treatment rooms and waiting area was excellent.

Seen speedily by nurse to take my history but did wait over 2 hours then to see Consultant.

Procedure was very quick, Consultant explained everything before and after with on-ward referral for other tests.

All staff were friendly, professional and reassuring.

I would have given feedback on the day but did not have the opportunity through FFT and some patients may not have access to electronic systems to provide feedback.

Also, I did not receive a text reminder prior to my appointment or a text after to provide feedback.

I have received these texts when I have attended for other treatment.

Great service, thank you.
