"Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff"

About: Albion Street Group Practice

Incredibly rude and very unhelpful receptionists, they were evidently not even trying to help. They gave no valid reasons for not being able to help, and instead of suggesting what I could do, they were defensive and rude. I have moved a few times and genuinely have never come across a worse GP practice before. Will be changing GP after this incident.

Thank you for your post. If you have not already changed GP myself Denise Griffin or our team leader Sadif would be more than happy to talk to you about your comments.

This is not how we wish out patients to be treated and we would like to investigate further, without talking to you we are unable to take this forward. We are extremely sorry that this is how you feel.
