"Great service and care"

I’m fortunate I don’t need to visit the doctors often but I wanted to share my recent experience. Can’t thank a particular lady on reception enough, I called with a query and rather than take up my time and the doctors she fed back to me when she said she would, was always polite and supportive. As a busy working person it’s difficult to take time off, she not only understood that but also agreed I didn’t need to use an appointment that someone more I need did. I met with a lady for some blood tests, she spent extra time with me and gave me some sound advise as well as an MOT. Again professional and knowledgeable when I asked her questions and what was needed. Thank you for a great service.
