"Best surgery I've been to"

I managed to visit the GP within a couple of days, although it took a couple of days to get through and online appointments are a bit of a waste because nothing is ever available. GP listened to me, was really friendly and understanding and I managed to get medication that has fundamentally changed my quality of life. Ordering prescriptions online are annoying because you need to produce ID even though you already need ID to join the surgery but that's the same everywhere. Reception staff were very friendly and empathetic. Everyone does a good job there.
