"Doctor and receptionist"

About: Dormers Wells Medical Centre

I was not well got appointment. Quick . Doctors was helpful. And receptionist sorted my app out. Didn’t use it properly. Receptionist/Admin . Don’t know her post was very kind and helped me so much.. only thing is that people don’t cancel their appointment s when not required. So I think should charge them. Thy will take care then and respect. That someone else might need it.

Thank you for your comments. I am so glad we were able to assist you and that you found our staff to be kind and helpful.

We agree that it would be very helpful if patients who have booked appointments and then find they no longer require them or can not make the appointment could let the practice know so we can offer these appointments to other patients.

This helps to keep the waiting time down for appointments.
