I had a consultation with a very caring dermatology specialist Doctor who put me on a course of treatment to try for one month, and then return to decide if to carry on with it or change it, I never got an appointment sent to me, so after 3 months of waiting I phoned, to be told they have no record of the paperwork, that the consultant doctor wrote about a follow up appointment, the Doctor is no longer there,
I feel like the staff member I spoke to refuses to listen to my concerns, and the only response is, the paperwork does not matter, we will get to you eventually,
I phoned and tried to make an appointment, to be told, abruptly, I felt, there are no appointments, I tried again the following day, and have now been given an appointment for three months from now - this is six months, I do not know if to carry on with the treatment or not?
This is an ongoing condition, the first time I attended was 2015, so ongoing, and it feels like no one is interested, I believe this is a terrible way to treat patients
"It feels like no one is interested"
