"Spoken to disrespect fully by staff"

I went to this doctors last week with my friend her little girl believed to have a water infection after waiting 35mins after her appointment time I went to the main desk to ask if she would be called in soon, to my shock the lady said "GO AND SIT DOWN IM BUSY" Im very shocked that she spoke to me this way and in a horrible tone I really felt angry but had to not say anything as I wanted the child to been seen by a doctor. My friend rang the doctors today and spoke to the same lady and was told "oh I can't hear you come down here" there was nothing wrong with the phone line at all -.- and the child has to be re tested as the test shows something is wrong.... she has been given no meds nothing and then told there are no doctors that can see to the child. I find this disgusting to say the least.
