I arrived for my annual infusion and found I was not booked in. I had not received a letter but had a text with the date and time of my appointment. It was explained it should have been a telephone appointment in which I would be given a date for my infusion. As I had travelled a long way and booked the day off work, staff members in the Day Care area pulled out all the stops and fitted in me in to have the infusion. I am very grateful to you all. It was a text book case of excellent teamwork.Thank you
