i went on the patient access website at 8:00 am to book appointment you pick a time when you want surgery to call you about appointment i pick 8:06 to 8:08 surgery phoned at 8:06 and ask you reason you want appointment i explained my reasons for appointment and was immediately offered a appointment at 9:10 on same day which i accepted. i then made my way to surgery and was seen at 9:15am couldn’t be happier with this service
