"i Found the staff fantastic"

I couldn’t believe the reviews written about the medical centre, in my experience I found them helpful, understanding and an absolute pleasure. I recently visited them to have a blood pressure machine fitted and unfortunately the one they fitted didn’t appear to work so I went back and they loosened it for me. Although the nurse may have put it on a little tight, she altered it for my own comfort and it worked perfectly. I took it back today and they appeared to be pleased to see me. Under the struggling nhs service, we sometimes see staff that are feeling the pressure and can come across a little rude, understandably, but in this visit I found them very friendly and understanding. Keep up the good work, you’re doing a great job and I for one really appreciate it.
