My first appointment was cancelled by the nurse (Kirsty) when she found out that ourson's wedding was 3 days after the apointment. I hadn't realised that I would have stitches so I'm glad she postponed the appointment.

When I had the procedure, it wa clear that Kirsty knew exactly what she was doing and I was in very capable hands. She was assisted by Laurian (not sure if I've read that name correctly), who was very pleasant and friendly.

I am so pleased that we were able to accommodate your prior engagements with regards to your small procedure. I definitely didn't want to curtail your dancing! It was lovely to hear all about the big day too on your return.

It is lovely to hear that you felt reassured throughout, we try to keep things fairly relaxed whilst remaining professional.
