"Treatment for extreme dental pain"

I was suffering with extreme pain from what I now know was an impacted wisdom tooth and in desperation to get some pain relief (as ibuprofen was having no effect) I rather reluctantly went to Taunton A& E department at around 9pm on a Sunday. I felt a little awkward as this clearly was not a serious matter compared to the reasons many people end up in A& E. However, all the staff - receptionist, triage nurse and the nurse (an advanced nurse practitioner? ) who treated me were all very reassuring and professional. I felt cared for. I was dealt with within 90 minutes and left with some effective pain relief medication. I am deeply appreciative of what they did to help me and would like if possible for them to know this.
