"Incredibly unprofessional"

Arrived for a blood test at 7.45am. Security man on reception has his phone on louder speaker, having a conversation with his ‘mate’ & this continued throughout the wait. Incredibly rude & highly annoying. An an older male arrived at reception to ask a question about his form, the security man put his phone to one side & then went to the back of reception to ask for help. A female came out, I recognised her as she works on phlebotomy. She responded to the male member of the public so abruptly, ‘what is it that you don’t understand?’. She appeared agitated at being asked to help.The poor man just wanted to check a simple detail. I use the phlebotomy service regularly due to location convenience & I have to say, the customer service/care is so poor. The blood tests are due to start at 8am & this is never the case. I don’t think that I have ever fed back regarding any aspect of health services accessed in St Helens but this is the last time I will use this centre,
