I arrived with asthma attack and could barely talk. the nurse/doctor? was dismissive and rude.
When I went to fall to ground with exhaustion and when I tried to catch her hand for support to stop me falling she pushed me away.
After a few nebulizers to try to calm my asthma down this person said I could then go to a local chemist and go home! I could barely breathe not along talk. I was dizzy and exhausted. I was left on my own for nearly an hour and when she came back into the room she rudely said Why are you still here?!!! God knows what she would do with heart attack patients! The receptionist that day as the only saving grace that day as she called for staff to come to me immediately as I told her I was having an asthma attack.in the end I was admitted to hospital where the care was exceptional even though the staff there were at maximum capacity.
