"A+E / ICU visit"

About: York Hospital

Admitted with asthma attack. ICU were great, I know they are very busy but I didn't feel

I was rushed through the system. Then off to Ward 24 ( second floor?) where every nurse and doctor I dealt with were professional and good humoured. Thanks to the asthma specialist nurse for the advice and care, it's changed my outlook on how to manage my asthma. Finally the tea ladies, it was the strong Yorkshire tea that really made the difference. Cheers.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your good experience after your asthma attack - that sounds scary but we obviously looked after you well which is great. Yorkshire tea is the best medicine so keep on it:)

Take care
