"Surprised and delighted with care from the doctor"

I have been completely underwhelmed and disappointed by the surgery having always seen locum GPs who appear disinterested. Reception staff have also always been poor. Today, however, I saw a doctor for the first time and she was absolutely fantastic. I felt listened to and respected. I was intending to leave the surgery as soon as possible but would stay if I felt I could see this doctor each time. She was excellent. As a bonus - the reception staff member who booked my next appointment in was also very helpful. I’d like to think this surgery is improving.
