"No appointments"

I have been a patient for over 57 years and over the last few years the place has gone down hill. I have now been trying to get an appointment for weeks. They wont make you a normal appointment and they tell you to ring every day at 8am if you can get through. When you do there is so many people after the same appointments there is none left. You just cannot get to see a doctor. The receptionist act as qualified doctors deciding if you are worthy of getting an appointment. I was advised by a specialist to go see my doctor if I have any problems. Do i have to physically collapse to get medical attention.
