Consistently difficult to get through on phones. The only appointments available are two weeks from when you are trying to book. The surgery runs consistently late - generally 20mins or so but up to an hour.

I am very sorry that you have found cause to complain.

When contacting the surgery our Patient Care Co-ordinators will ask you a number of questions in order to establish if you need an appointment with a GP (or another clinician) and how soon this appointment needs to be. The soonest routine appointment will be offered or if appropriate a same day appointment will be offered for clinically urgent cases.

Our clinicians will always try to ensure that clinics run to schedule, however, on occasion unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies and hospital admissions can result in unavoidable delays. We thank people for their patience when this happens.
