I took my wife to have her blood test to find the unit had removed the ticket machine. It is quite wrong for staff to let patients waste their time travelling to the centre only to discover that the 'service' has been stopped two hours before the stated closing time.
I have seen this before - sometimes very elderly people who can barely walk arrive in pain to discover that they have wasted their time. Nobody appears concerned.
If the centre is often full then the solution is to get more staff or stay open longer.
Closing at 13:15 is not a (sensible) remedy.
