About: Kings Oak Hospital

As the above title suggest, poor service, false promises, poor customer service, on each

Occasion I have spoken to these people they have assured me the dates and times will be adhered to but haven’t.

This level of service for a private hospital is unacceptable.

Let’s hope that the operation can go ahead next week, and the pre op does take place .
