On the 01st of August 2019 I was seen at Town Clinic to remove my contraceptive implant. To start with receptionist was extremely kind and helpful on my arrival. The doctor with nurse who carried out procedure of removing old implant and fitting new one were very professional. I have noticed that both the doctor and the nurse were friendly and really looked after my psychological comfort. They also did not rush through the process and kept me engaged in casual conversation (and I did appreciate it a lot). I was given clear instructions before, during and after procedure so I was aware at all times what was being done and what to expect. Environment was clean and hygienic. Thank you very much for assistance. I had very good experience indeed:)
