About: Swallowfield Medical Practice

I have been a patient for 10 years - this practice has helped me and my family exceptionally well in some very serious medical situations, for which I am eternally grateful. The team are professional and friendly consistently. I feel very lucky indeed. They are sometimes busy but all GPs are. Online booking and repeat prescriptions are easy to arrange. Thank you xx

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this positive feedback: we are very grateful.

It is so encouraging to get feedback about the on-line services, especially at the moment when we have been upgrading the IT system and have had restricted access to all on-line services.

Hopefully the new and improved service will be up and running at full capacity very soon but in the meantime, thank you again for this feedback as it lifts the spirits of the whole team at a time when we have all been under additional pressure.
