About: University Hospital Monklands / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 17)

(as a volunteer/advocate),

ward 17. All staff are very good. During the wards rounds the staff are very good at explaining my future care plan. Have received quick treatment and am currently awaiting test results. Nursing staff very quick to respond to buzzer when I require assistance. Have thoroughly enjoyed the food and the choice is excellent. The ward environment is pleasant as is the cleanliness. Staff are always round asking if I am ok and fixing my bed sheets to make sure I am confortable. Have been receiving the best personal care.

I was pleased to read that there was good communication during the ward rounds and that future care plans were discussed with you. Communication with patients is so important and I am delighted that the ward got it right for you. Thank you also for your positive comments relating to the domestic and catering staff.
