I accessed the year long therapy and ended treatment in April this year.  I found the group helpful as there were different opinions offered which helped me think of alternative ways of dealing with situations.  They also said when they thought I had handled the situation well.  Sometimes I found bringing an event in every week was sometimes difficult.

I found the group/treatment helped me to hold onto my mentalizing really helpful, rather than becoming emotional and blowing things out of proportion.

I found the facilitators very helpul and guided the group well.  I found the experience of the therapy a positive one.

Thank you for this feedback, I'm pleased you found the therapy helpful and that it gave you space to think of alternative ways of thinking/managing situations.

I hope the issue you experienced with bringing events in every week was an example of the positive impact the therapy had (I.e. fewer events/mentalizing issues as your time in therapy progressed).

It's really positive to hear that the mentalizing approach has a real impact on your life and hopefully helps you manage day to day difficutlies a little easier.
