(as the patient),

The care we received before, during and after the birth of our son from all staff we encountered was absolutely top class. We could not have asked for a better experience. The midwives in Ward 17 and the labour suite were so helpful, patient & kind, & no request or question was too much trouble. You made the first few days of being first-time parents a lot less daunting & set us up perfectly to begin our lives as a family of three. Thank you all for everything you did to help us - you are all superstars!

This can be such a stressful time for new parents and it's lovely to know that the Staff have put you at ease and helped you adjust to new life as a family of three!

We strive to provide Person-Centered Care within the unit and I'm so pleased you have received this within your stay.
