"Staff were so reassuring"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as the patient),

After my last MRI scan 3 yrs ago my claustrophobic issues were a worry and i was somewhat apprehensive about going for another scan. But have to say the staff were so reassuring and explained everything it was almost a pleasant experience.

Well done the MRI team at New Victoria Hospital Glasgow.

Dear munsy1000

Thank you for your lovely feedback about the MRI team at the New Victoria Hospital.

I understand how anxious you must of been about attending another MRI scan. I am so pleased that the staff were able to reassure you and by explaining everything it made your experience less stressful.

I will pass on your feedback to the MRI team who will delighted to hear that the care they provided had such a positive impact.

Kind Regards

Lesley
