I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the last few weeks but it is proving impossible. In the past I would book online via the patient access system, however for the last few months when I try to book it says there are no appointment slots available at the practice! I also tried calling the practice first thing at 8am and was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. The automated telephone system asks you to enter your date of birth and phone number before then telling you that your details could not be verified. This is extremely frustrating as I wouldn’t even mind if I had to wait a few days for an appointment but not being presented any options at all is not acceptable. Please fix the online patient access booking system and the phone system as well.
