About: Lincoln County Hospital

I spent a good chunk of my afternoon in a&e today, I was absolutely gobsmacked by the fact that people were complaining about the wait and was equally gobsmacked by the kindness, professionalism and patience of the staff. Each and every person that saw me were truly wonderful and a credit to themselves, the nhs and Lincoln. I don't know how they remain so friendly and calm in such situations, thank you to them all.

It is always heartening for our staff to receive such positive feedback from our patients and I will ensure that our ED team are made aware of your feedback. The team in ED are an amazing bunch of staff who strive to deliver excellent experiences of care under very difficult circumstances on a daily basis.
