I would like to commend the staff in this department.

I had this procedure done this morning and they were all so lovely. I was extremely frightened of having the procedure but they all put me at my ease and it went very well.

Please pass on my thanks to all involved from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses.I really appreciated it.
