"Accident and emergency"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Went to accident and emergency with a crisis, was not treated in a courteous professional manner by staff. Left waiting for hours as a staff member forgot to let me know i could go home. Sat for hours with no communication feeling unwell in the waiting area when i could have left hours before. I feel better communication between staff and patients is needed to provide a better patient experience.

I am sorry to read that there has been a lack of communication whilst you were in one of our A&E departments.

I can only imagine how frustrated this must have left you feeling and for that I am sorry.
