Nobody answers the phone, messages left but no contact back.
Went up to the hospital at 16:50 and the place was shut up; reception apologised she knew my voice from the amount of calls to the office which were never answered, left msg`s on 033 number option 5 no call back.
My work need proof I have an appointment but no letter, just one call to say it is on a certain date from Northampton General.
