"3 months to get results of MRI scan!"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

Attended Neurology department on 2nd April. Full MRI scan carried out on 11th April. I am still waiting for a letter regarding the results. 5 weeks ago I was told by medical secretary that my results had been delayed and would be with me in next 2 weeks. Have chased again today to be told that consultant has been away for 2 weeks, that letter has still not been signed off but "should" be with me next week. No apology for delay or reason given!
