"The worst GP Surgery ever !"

Firstly the receptionists are the rudest people you will ever encounter. Its baffles me that a GP needs 7 years training and the receptionists need 1 day yet they decide if you can see a doctor or not and 9/10 they never let you see a doctor. I hate this surgery and it is not fit to be a practice - a few times I have had to go and pay for a private GP consultation.

I am sorry to read your comments with regards our reception staff and access to our services.

We operate a triage system for same day appointments that ensures patients are signposted and for either a call or an appointment as with a member of our clinical team as appropriate.

We do of course offer appointments in advance subject to availability.

I would be very happy to discuss with you happened with a view to improving our services.
