"What a disappointment"

About: Brockwell Medical Group

This surgery is not interested in providing a good service to the patient at all..

As someone in full time employment its very difficult to get through on the phone, or to see a GP.

The attitude of the staff and doctors presents them as very unhappy in their work.

i understand that they are overworked and struggling with the pressure of the NHS but arent we all?

I too work for the public sector but I'd never have an attitude with my customers..

And because they are public sector they can get away with it and are not accountable to anyone therefore they dont try.

its such a disappointment but if they cant be professional in the role then move on.

We are sorry to hear you have been having problems when trying to book an appointment.

We are currently experiencing high demand for appointments and we are aware of problems on certain days. We are reviewing access at the surgery and the Partners are taking access issues very seriously. They are actively looking into the difficulties we are experiencing and are meeting regularly with patient service staff to look at ways to alleviate the problems.

We are currently working on a new appointment system which we hope will improve access and telephone response.

We are saddened to read your comments about our staff, we have taken these on-board and we will address this at our next training session.
