"Energy for life"

After suffering with fibromyalgia for 6 years and finally being diagnosed this year I was referred for physio therapy to help with my pain symptoms. On my first appointment I was offered a place on this 6 week programme. The programme has been enlightening and has given me the tools to better manage my condition. The programme is split with learning about your symptoms and condition to help you better understand what your dealing with and physical activity to help build your core strength and endurance. The course really helps you understand not only your illness but your thoughts and feelings towards your illness as well, it gives you excellent strategies to cope with most situations and helps to minimise flare ups. The course has been invaluable in helping me move on from my diagnosis and helping me get my life back on track
