"Excellent and instant service"

I have previously written letters of thanks to our local Hospital as on both former occasions I was entirely satisfied with the service received. One was a snapped Achilles’ tendon and it ended up 100%, no flapping foot like John Thaw. Brilliant job!

This time I was in need I got a rapid appointment in the state of the art ultra modern Endoscopy Department on the Saturday afternoon.

Excellent service from lovely people, telephone calls before, cup of tea and a biscuit afterwards along with a complete explanation of what they found.

A fitness test in Elective Admission Department conducted the following Wednesday, again all handled very professionaly by really nice people.

Then a blood test in the expert phlebotomy department. My veins are hard to find but here it’s always first time every time. And service with a smile!

Then an urgent CT scan on Thursday this very same week. That’s later today but, I know by other reports they will also be up to the same high standard as thety were when I had and MRI scan.

The service provided is second to none, as good as any private treatment I have ever received and all done in double quick time.

I am entirely satisfied with the excellent and rapid service. Wonderful and well worth at least five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!
