About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a service user),

I was at Hospital this morning at Ambulatory Care, the two people that attended me were Kirsty and Laurienne. I would definitely recommend them for everything, they were fantastic. So helpful this morning, unbelievable. Two excellent members of staff. I cannot praise these two ladies enough, they took such great care of me.

If there are any awards going, these two girls should get them, such fantastic care in the short time I was there.

I am so pleased to feel you were taken care of, it can be an anxious time coming into hospital and it can make all the difference if you feel reassured that you are in caring hands.
