The Staff ,receptionists and Doctors at my practice always listen to what you have to say ,they do not huff you off so you feel like a pest ,the surgery Nurses are always there for you and this makes you feel good about yourself,knowing that when you arrive at the surgery you are welcomed like an old friend .This has always been the same in all the years i have been a patient and i want every one at the practice to know just how much i appreciate the care i a given so a big thank you to my doctor Ademola ,nurses Beth and Beverly,reception staff Andrew and just everyone thankyou for your tlc

What lovely feedback. I will make sure all the staff get this feedback, especially those you have named. It is very encouraging. Sometimes we get poor feedback which we appreciate as we know we don't always get things right for everyone and we have to keep working on it. But it is so encouraging when we do get positive feedback so that staff don't lose heart trying to do a difficult job well. Again, thank you for this lovely feedback.
