I was visited by Katie to discuss having a bath stool. She arranged for the order which came within a week. She then contacted me to arrange to view me working the new bath stool as the chair would raise up from the ground into position. She checked that I was able to get in & out of the bath & sit in the chair to shower. From this visit she noticed that I could use a leg raise to help with getting in & out of the bath. So the benefit of her visit has been brilliant as I would have just tried to lift my legs in & out with my hands. All the advice & help she has given me has been very useful. She has shown care & understanding to what really are my issues & problems & is helping me to live a much more comfortable life. I am so very grateful to Katie for her efforts & also her professionalism, a huge thank you.
