About: Thornbury Hospital (Sheffield)

BMI Thornbury has certainly gone down in my estimations. After attending for a private appointment and being told that the clinic was cancelled and I should have been notified!! Obviously I hadn’t been notified or wouldn’t have attended! This happened to several other patients on the same day and one had travelled over an hour for her appointment!!! Appalled that the processes for such instances are not being appropriately managed and I will go to an alternative hospital as a result! Not good enough BMI!
