"Noisey patient"

i have been an in patient on rowan since 7th July 2019. There is a patient on the ward that screams shouts and swears spits and is abusive to the staff, , I am kept awake all day and night from the patient shouting and screaming and swearing, the staff are absolutely brilliant in trying to calm this lady down but she just swears back at them. I take sleeping tablets but I can’t sleep with the way the patient is acting.

Ive suffered with mental health for 32 years, on Sunday the 14th I had a break down on the ward because I am absolutely shattered and can’t take no more. I’m at my witts end I want to discharge myself but I know I can’t, I’m here to get better but this lady is making my mental health hit the roof. I dozed of for half hour to night to get woken by another patient that has just been brought and she screams and shouts so now we have 2 on the ward I really can’t cope with this anymore, if I have another night or day without sleep I will have to discharge my self. I’m poorly I want to get better but with the lack of sleep I’m exhausted.
