"still awaiting follow up appointments"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

discharged in January ( after 4 hours waiting in discharge lounge) and was told I would need asthma clinic plus sleep study and I’m still waiting for appointments so not impressed with after care, but care in hospital was ok and most of nurses where lovely
