"Waste of time. They Suggested I go to "Reiki..."

After much dispute as to the benefit of CBT I eventually was visited by a woman who claimed to be involved in mental health. At the end of the meeting she recommend that I get "Reiki" laying on of hands to resolve my Clinical Depression! I should not have been surprised if she had cast the bones to see if it was appropriate! A total waste of (My) tax payers money. I believe that a Psychiatrist may have been a more appropriate decision, but I suspect would have cost more!
